The CFTC was affiliated to
KUSA in May 1993 & exists to
promote, develop & bring to a high
standard the natural working qualities
of the different varieties of pure-bred,
registered Gundogs used in the field.
We do this primarily through
the organisation & holding of Field
Trials, held on an annual basis in the
Bot Rivier area of the Western Cape.
In addition to the holding of
Field Trials, under the auspices of the
Field Trial Liaison Council, (FTLC),
CFTC also holds working tests &
Training Days, on a monthly basis, for
dogs & handlers.
